Dejstvu, da je bilo v zadnjem času na Kud Ljudovi strani objavljenih bore malo novic, je v nasprotju s pričakovanji botrovalo (pre)veliko število Ljudovih aktivnosti. Z drugimi besedami: v »realnem« svetu smo tako aktivni, da svojih podvigov sploh ne uspemo sproti reflektirati, kaj šele prevajati v internetni jezik.
In kaj pravzaprav počnemo?
Popravljamo kombi, nalagamo, razlagamo, se zgubljamo na zemljevidu, postavljamo, razstavljamo, iščemo izgubljene kose naše vesoljske ladje, improviziramo, »flikamo« preobremenjene kostume, gume, srca in glave, vadimo in vadimo in vadimo in nastopamo. Odkrivamo pester svet evropskih uličnih festivalov, spoznavamo kraje in ljudi.
Po.ljubljanski Svetlobni gverili smo se že drugič letos odpravili v Zagreb. Mini »balkanski turneji« po festivalih v Hrvaški, Bosni in Črni Gori je sledil avstrijski Pflasterspektakel v Linzu, slednjemu pa Sardinija. V sklopu festivala Sogni a spazi aperti (Sanje v javnem prostoru) smo se znašli na turneji po odročnih vasicah pokrajine Marmilla v notranjosti otoka. Po haranju po trajektih, Ryanairu in slabo označenih italijanskih avtocestah se je ekipa ponovno zbrala v avstrijskem Grazu. Graz smo, tokrat s premiero projekta »Zbor tajnih agentov«, letos obiskali že tretjič, saj tam domuje eden izmed naših največjih podpornikov, graški festival La Strada. Trenutno se Ljudi v večjem delu nahajajo na Švedskem, »odrezani od sveta«. V bližini vasice Udavella pripravljajo gozdno inštalacijo, produkt tretje izmed odprtih hiš projekta H.O.M.E. v so-organizaciji s švedskim feminističnim kolektivom ÖFA. Ostali se bomo z njimi spet srečali konec tedna v Franciji, kjer se bomo skupaj spopadli s poplavo umetnosti, zabave in prostitucije na enem izmed treh svetovno največjih sejmov uličnega gledališča v Aurillacu.
Turnejo.projekta »Električne invazije« bo Kud Ljud kot lansko leto tudi letos zaključil v Izraelu, pred tem pa nas čakata še pristanka v Nemčiji in Belorusiji, kjer bomo otvorili gledališki festival Belaya vezha (Beli stolp) v Brestu. Z domačo publiko se bomo ponovno srečali 28. avgusta na koprskem PUF-u, Primorskem uličnem festivalu. 19. septembra pa bodo Ljubljančani azilante iz vesolja prvič lahko obiskali kar na njihovem domu, v sklopu 17. festivala Ex Ponto (med 15. in 22. septembrom 2010 v Ljubljani) se bo namreč odvila premiera ambientalne interaktivne predstave Kuda Ljud: »Električna čajanka«. The lack of news about our workings on KUD Ljud pages is a result (contrary to general expectations) of increased levels of our activities. In other words: we’ve been so active in the ‘real’ world, that we fail to reflect upon our heroic actions, let alone translate them into the language of the web community.
But what have we been up to actually?
We.have.been.repairing, loading and unloading our van; been losing ourselves on the map; setting up and tearing down our spaceship; searching for its lost pieces; improvising; patching overburdened costumes, tires, hearts and heads; rehearsing, rehearsing, rehearsing, rehearsing and performing.
After.Guerilla.Lighting festival in Ljubljana, we left for Zagreb for the second time this year. The mini ‘Balkan tour’ on the festivals of Croatia, Bosnia and Montenegro was followed by Austrian Pflasterspektakel in Linz and a festival Sogni a spazi (Dreams in public space) in villages of Marmilla in Sardinia. After long ferry rides, Raynair flights and poorly marked Italian highways the crew finally met up again in Austrian Graz. We have visited the city of Graz for the third time this year as it is the home of one of our largest supporters, i.e. festival La Strada, and premiered there with the project “Secret Agents Choir”. The majority of Ljuds are at the moment in Sweden, “cut off from the world”. Together with Swedish feminist collective ÖFA, they are preparing a forest installation near the village Udavella, a product of the third open house within the project H.O.M.E. The whole team will rejoin at the end of the week in France and will fight (pink shoulder to pink shoulder) with the floods of art, parties and prostitution in one of the largest festivals of street theatre in the world, namely in Aurillac where also the fourth H.O.M.E. open house will be held. The tour of “Electric invasions” will be concluded (like last year) in Israel, but before that we scheduled our landing in Germany and Belarus (at the festival Belaya vezha in Brest) as well.
We.plan.on.meeting domestic audience on the 28th of August at PUF (Seaside Street Festival) in Koper. The dwellers of Ljubljana will be able to visit the space asylum seekers at their home on 19th September within the 17th Ex Ponto festival, when we will present the premiere of our ambiental interactive event “Electric Tea Party”.
